You will meet the tour in the Times Square area at 7th Avenue, between 50th and 51st Streets (in the middle of the block). The address is 770 7th Ave, New York, NY 10019.
There are multiple parking options available close to the tour's start/end point, including SP+ Parking street parking at 140 W 51st Street and Icon - Quik Park parking garage at 1601 Broadway. If you are driving in, the SpotHero parking reservation service is recommended.
Tour duration is 4.5 hours, from 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm.
Check-in is 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. Please arrive no later than 15 minutes prior.
Seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and they recommend you arrive 20 to 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time to check in. You have up to 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time to ensure your seat on the tour before they note outstanding reservations as "no-shows." If they have walk-in passengers, they will be given a ticket and will be boarded at this time. If you are running late, please call the number on your e-ticket to reschedule your tour.
USA Tours uses luxury climate-controlled mini coach buses that provide a comfortable environment for an enjoyable touring experience, while also offering protection from the elements. For this tour, you will have the option of a closed-top or open-top/glass-top convertible bus.
Unfortunately, the shuttles are not wheelchair accessible, nor is there storage for baby strollers. If you have a wheelchair, please call the number on your e-ticket to make special vehicle arrangements for your tour. Some of the tours involve longer walks so if you like, you may stay on board the shuttle, near the landmark, without exiting the shuttle bus every time.
Currently, the vehicles are not equipped with lifts, ramps, or other ADA-compliant features. If you are bringing a foldable wheelchair, mobility scooter, or walker, your driver will prepare an area inside the bus where your mobility device will be stored. You will be required to board and disembark the bus on your own or with the assistance of a traveling companion.
Gratuities are not included in the tour price, but are always appreciated.
Unfortunately no, the vehicles do not have storage for carry-on bags. They ask that you only bring purses, briefcases, or backpacks. Please note that USA Guided Tours reserves the right to inspect any bags, book bags, briefcases or backpacks you carry.
It depends on the stop. Your tour guide will tell you the planned amount of time for each stop. They have allowed enough time at every stop for you to walk around and take plenty of pictures!
Hotel pick-ups and drop-offs are not provided.
No food or beverages may be consumed aboard the tour bus. Chilled bottled water is provided onboard, however, for your safety and others, you will be asked to enjoy this complimentary refreshment outside of the vehicle.
