Yes, wear casual attire, such as khakis, nice jeans, dresses, button-up shirts, and blouses.

What should I bring?

Please bring a government-issued ID. The U.S. Coast Guard requires all passengers over 18 years old to have valid photo identification. And don't forget your camera or smartphone for pictures!

Are children allowed onboard?

Yes, definitely! Infants ages two (2) and under can cruise for free. Please select a free ticket for them to ensure admittance to the Spirit of Chicago.

Yes, but only highchairs are available.

Yes, cakes brought from outside are allowed onboard as long as they are covered and held on your table. Please note that only flameless or LED birthday candles are permitted.

The cruise is on Spirit of Chicago with three (3) climate-controlled indoor decks, so it will sail rain or shine. In the case of severe weather conditions or upon the advice of the U.S. Coast Guard, the yacht will remain dockside and still provide the full dining service.

Yes, the Spirit of Chicago yacht is both stroller and wheelchair-accessible on the 1st deck with a ramped entry. It also has a wheelchair-accessible restroom onboard.
