Description

The Hana Cave-Quest Tour takes you along the breathtaking Road to Hana, renowned for its stunning views, waterfalls, and Maui’s unique “Wonder of the World.”

Guests will travel in luxury Limo-Vans with captain’s chair seating for up to 8, ensuring comfort and great views through panoramic windows. This full-day interactive tour is a fantastic way to explore the region.

Along the route, you'll see Waikani Falls and visit the settlement of Ke’anae, among other sights. The adventure continues with a visit to Ka’eleku Cavern, an impressive lava tube formed by Pele, the Goddess of Fire.

Guests will walk through a dense tropical rainforest and encounter fascinating geological features, such as elephant’s foot stalactites and ancient lava formations. A moment of complete darkness awaits at the end of the trail when flashlights are turned off for 60 seconds.

Following the hike, guests can enjoy a Pacific Rim lunch featuring grilled herb-marinated chicken wraps and lightly blackened ono, with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available. The tour concludes with a choice of swimming in a freshwater pool beneath a waterfall (conditions permitting) or at a beach in Hana.

Delicious food is served on all Temptation Tours. Meals are prepared fresh daily with locally grown fruits and vegetables. A vegetarian entree is available upon request.

Every Hana tour has a waterfall swim with freshwater pools. There are places to change into your bathing suits.

Are there any other restrictions I should be aware of?

Guests must be ambulatory. Walkers of any kind are not permitted. Wheelchairs (collapsible or electric) are not allowed. Tour operators will deny participation to Guests arriving in or with wheelchairs, electric scooters, and walkers. Guests with heart or respiratory conditions, oxygen tanks, or generators may not participate. Child car seats are provided complimentary. Guests must wear closed-toe shoes.

What should I wear?

Guests are encouraged to dress comfortably and in layers. A hat, jacket, or light cover-up is advised for variable weather conditions. Changing facilities are available. Guests wanting to swim should bring bathing suits and towels.

What should I bring?

Guests should bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and a camera. Guests are also encouraged to bring currency to purchase optional extras, such as souvenirs. Please note tour driver/guide gratuities are not included. You should never feel that gratuities are expected, but it is customary to leave a tip to recognize exceptional service from the tour driver/guides.
