The iFLY in Fort Worth is an indoor skydiving facility that provides individuals of all ages the opportunity to experience the sensation of flying in a safe and controlled environment. The iFLY indoor skydiving facilities recreate the freefall portion of a skydive with its recirculating wind flow, similar to skydiving flight experiences. Skydivers worldwide use wind tunnels as training facilities because of their similarity to the real thing.
Each flight within the wind tunnel lasts 60 seconds. When jumping from an airplane, the free fall portion lasts approximately 45 seconds. The entire experience lasts approximately 1.5 hours from start to finish and includes two flights.
Yes, iFLY's vertical wind tunnel uses superior technology to produce smooth wall-to-wall airflow that is safe to fly in. Certified flight instructors will also ensure safe and enjoyable flight sessions—your instructor will be with you throughout your flight, regardless of your experience level.
Individuals who weigh over 300lbs will not be permitted to fly. Individuals weighing between 260–300lbs require additional evaluation by an iFLY staff member upon check-in to determine if they can be accommodated and whether additional restrictions apply.

You must be at least three (3) years or older to fly. Individuals under 18 years of age need to have a parent or guardian sign their waiver.
Yes, flying is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, have non-removable hard cast/prosthetics, head, neck, back, or shoulder injury, or have a heart condition or any other condition that may impede their ability to take part in physical activity or increase the risk of injury.
Flight suits will be worn over casual clothes, preferably pants and a shirt without a collar. Comfortable, non-restrictive clothing should be worn with well-fitting, lace-up sneakers or running shoes. Flyers with long hair should secure it back braided or in a low bun to fit the helmet.
Yes, iFLY has larger goggles that can fit over eyeglasses.
