When should I arrive?

Your experience will begin promptly upon your arrival so please plan to arrive 20 minutes prior to your reservation so you have time to check-in.

How similar is it to real skydiving?

iFLY's indoor skydiving facilities accurately replicate the exhilarating freefall phase of traditional skydiving through their recirculating wind flow. These wind tunnels offer an experience that closely mirrors actual skydiving flights, which is why skydivers from all around the globe utilize them as valuable training grounds.

How long does iFLY Houston Memorial take?

The entire experience lasts approximately 1.5 hours, including check-in, training session, flight time, gear removal, and time to look at the photos and video if interested. This experience includes two one-minute flights, more than double the freefall portion in outdoor skydiving that lasts 45 to 60 seconds.

How old do you have to be to do iFLY Houston Memorial?

Flyers must be at least 3 years of age or older. Individuals under 18 years of age need to have a parent or guardian sign their waiver.

What should I wear?

Please wear well-fitting, lace-up sneakers, or running shoes. Other shoes are not suitable. Wear casual clothes, preferably pants and a shirt without a collar. You won’t have to change out of these clothes—you'll put your flight suit on over your street clothes. Individuals with long hair should wear it braided and in a low bun.

Is indoor skydiving safe?

Yes, the iFLY vertical wind tunnel uses superior technology to produce smooth wall-to-wall airflow that is safe to fly in. Certified flight instructors will also ensure safe and enjoyable flight sessions—your instructor will be with you throughout your flight, regardless of your experience level.

Is there a weight restriction?

Yes, participants must not exceed 300lbs. For the safe experience of guests and instructors alike, individuals weighing between 260–300lbs are subject to additional evaluation by the local staff to determine if they can be accommodated.

Are there any health restrictions?

For your safety and comfort, iFLY will not permit you to fly if you are pregnant or have a hard cast or hard prosthetic that cannot be removed. Additionally, individuals who have a head, neck, back or shoulder injury, heart condition or other health condition that may impede their ability to participate, should not fly.

Is parking available?

Yes, complimentary parking is provided on-site at the iFLY Houston Memorial facility.

Can I bring my pet with me?

Pets are not allowed in the facility for safety and hygiene reasons. Please leave your furry friends at home or with a trusted caretaker.
