iFLY's indoor facilities recreate the freefall portion of a skydive with its recirculating air flow. Skydivers worldwide use vertical wind tunnels as training facilities because of their similarity to the real thing.
Each flight within the wind tunnel lasts 60 seconds. When jumping from an airplane, the free fall portion lasts approximately 45 to 60 seconds. The entire experience lasts approximately 1.5 hours, including check-in, training session, flight time, gear removal, and time to look at the photos and video if interested.
