iFLY San Francisco Bay is located just west of Interstate 880 in Union City, California, at 31310 Alvarado-Niles Rd.
iFLY's indoor skydiving facilities recreate the freefall portion of a skydive with its recirculating wind flow, similar to skydiving flight experiences. Skydivers worldwide use wind tunnels as training facilities because of their similarity to the real thing.
Each flight within the wind tunnel lasts 60 seconds. When jumping from an airplane, the free fall portion lasts approximately 45 seconds. Your admission includes two (2) one-minute flights. The total experience lasts approximately 1.5 hours, including check-in, training session, flights, gear removal, and time to look at photos and video afterwards.
Yes, the iFLY vertical wind tunnel uses superior technology to produce smooth wall-to-wall airflow that is safe to fly in. Certified flight instructors will also ensure safe and enjoyable flight sessions—your instructor will be with you throughout your flight, regardless of your experience level.
iFLY will not be able to accommodate individuals whose weight exceeds 300lbs. Individuals weighing between 260–300lbs are subject to additional evaluation by local staff to determine if they may be accommodated and whether additional restrictions may apply.

You must be at least three (3) years or older.
Yes, flying is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, have non-removable hard cast/prosthetics, head, neck, back, or shoulder injury, or have a heart condition or any other condition that may impede their ability to take part in physical activity or increase the risk of injury.
Flight suits will be worn over casual clothes, preferably pants and a shirt without a collar. Comfortable, non-restrictive clothing should be worn with well-fitting, lace-up sneakers or running shoes. Flyers with long hair should secure it back braided or in a low bun to fit the helmet.
Yes, iFLY has larger goggles that can fit over eyeglasses.
