Trained service animals are permitted inside LEGOLAND Discovery Center in Schaumburg. Due to health and safety parameters, trained service animals are not however permitted to ride on rides or to enter restricted ride areas. Rides that do not permit trained service animals include Kingdom Quest and Merlin's Apprentice.

What is the best time to visit? Can we come and go?

Yes, LEGOLAND Discover Center Chicago is fully accessible for visitors with disabilities and wheelchair users. However, they do not provide wheelchair or stroller rentals.

What facilities are available for very young children?

They are stroller-friendly, with family bathrooms with diaper changing facilities.

What should we wear?

Wear comfortable clothes and socks as some facilities like the Children's Play Area requires socks to enter.

Is re-entry permitted?

No. You are welcome to stay for as long as you like during operating hours. However, once you leave, you cannot re-enter.

What if we are late for our reserved time?

Guests that are a half hour late or more for their reservation will enter the "I Have Tickets" line, but may experience a longer than usual wait time.
