Outside food and beverages are not permitted, unless caring for babies or food allergies in children. LEGOLAND Discovery Center encourages guests to enjoy the fresh foods and snacks and beverages in their cafe.

Are pets allowed inside?

Only ADA-defined service animals are permitted inside LEGOLAND Discovery Center in Schaumburg. Due to health and safety parameters, trained service animals are not however permitted to ride on rides or enter restricted ride areas. Rides that do not permit trained service animals include Kingdom Quest and Merlin's Apprentice.

Is the LEGOLAND wheelchair accessible?

Yes, LEGOLAND Discover Center Chicago is fully accessible for visitors with disabilities and wheelchair users. However, they do not provide wheelchair or stroller rentals.

What is the best time to visit? Can we come and go?

The number of visitors that can be in the Chicago LEGOLAND Discovery Center at one time is limited. The best way to ensure your family's entry is by reserving your tickets online.

They are stroller-friendly, with family bathrooms with diaper changing facilities.

What should we wear?

Wear comfortable clothes and socks as some facilities like the Children's Play Area requires socks to enter.

Is re-entry permitted?

No. You are welcome to stay for as long as you like during operating hours. However, once you leave, you cannot re-enter.

What if we are late for our reserved time?

Guests that are a half hour late or more for their reservation will enter the "I Have Tickets" line, but may experience a longer than usual wait time.
