An iPod docking station, 42-inch plasma TV, and free toiletries are provided in every Mondrian suite. Each offers a garden or Biscayne Bay views. The spacious suites feature black and white decor and custom furnishings.

Lush gardens and lounge areas surround the main outdoor pool. The Spa at Baia Beach Club Spa offers 6 treatment rooms and a 24-hour fitness center. The on-site Baia Beach Club Miami serves modern American cuisine and sushi with artisanal cocktails and views of Biscayne Bay. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunches are served in the interior or open-air dining room.

Lummus Park Beach and Lincoln Road Mall are 1 mile away. The hotel is 5 miles from American Airlines Arena and Bayfront Marketplace.

Minimum age to check-in: The reservation holder must be at least 21 years of age and must present a matching, valid photo ID and credit card.

Parking: Valet parking is available 24 hours a day at our main entrance on 11th St. and West Avenue. USD 46 per night. Vehicles may be taken in and out. Please allow up to 10 minutes for vehicle retrieval. Please note that “slingshot” vehicles are not accepted by our valet.

Pet Policy:Mondrian South Beach is pet-friendly. The animal must weigh 20 pounds or less, a contract/waiver must be signed upon arrival and a USD 100 non-refundable deposit is required. This fee is waived for service dogs. No pets are allowed in restaurants or bars, by the pool or beach, and may not be left unattended in the guest rooms.

Resort Fee: A nightly resort fee of USD 45.00 plus tax is required. Resort fee include:
