How do I activate my Philadelphia Sightseeing Pass?

It instantly becomes activated when scanned upon your first attraction visit.

Does every attraction require reservations?

Many, but not all, of Philly attractions require reservations. Upon arrival at the attraction, you'll be given the next available entry time. Some tours require a reservation due to limited capacities. It is best to check each attraction's requirements on the Sightseeing Pass app in advance. Making a reservation will not activate your pass.

How do I use my pass at each attraction?

Present your printed or digital pass on your mobile phone at the admission desk at each attraction to be scanned for admission. Please note that redemption varies for each attraction; some attractions have multiple entry points.

How long is the Flex Pass valid for?

Flex Passes are valid for 60 consecutive days from the time they are activated. You have 12 months starting from the date of purchase to activate your pass.

How does the Day Pass work?

For the Day Pass, you will select the number of days that you are going to spend sightseeing in Philadelphia. Within your chosen number of days, you can visit as many attractions as you would like.

Does the Day Pass have any time restriction between visiting each attraction?

Yes, it does. Please wait for at least an hour between each attraction visit because your Day Pass will not grant you access to your next site unless this has been observed.

Can I visit the same Philly attraction more than once?

No, sorry. Passes are only valid once at each attraction and tour.

Is the hop-on-hop-off bus tour included in my pass?

If you select the Day Pass, it will be automatically included in your pass. However, if you choose a Flex Pass, you must select it as one of your attractions to be on the bus tour.
