What time is check in and check out?

Check in time begins at 4 PM, and check out is until 10 AM. Should you arrive prior to this time and your accommodation is ready, the resort will check you in early. If you are planning to arrive prior to noon and would like immediate access to your townhome, it is recommended for you to reserve the night prior. If you need to stay in the townhome later than the check out time, it is also recommended to reserve an extra night.

What is the minimum age to check in?

The reservation holder must be at least 21 years old or older to check in. Upon arrival at the resort, you must provide a valid form of photo identification. Valid forms include driver license, passport, government issued photo ID or active military ID.

Is WiFi available?

Yes. WiFi is available in all townhomes, the clubhouse, and around the pool area.

Is parking free?

Self-parking is included in the resort fee. The Homeowner's Association does not permit trailers or campers to be parked on the property.

Is the pool heated?

Yes. The pool is kept above 85 degrees year-round and is heated during the cooler months to keep it warm.

Do all townhomes have kitchens?

Yes. Regal Oaks Resort vacation townhomes include a full kitchen featuring a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.

Is housekeeping included?

Regal Oaks Resort is a self-catering resort, therefore, complimentary housekeeping services are not included. However, the resort offers the convenience of on-demand cleaning services for a nominal fee. Housekeeping Services Menu Full Clean Service Includes: sheet change, full cleaning, towel refresh, trash removal and replacement of toiletry products, full dish wash, full vacuum, and full clean of all surfaces. Cost per service: Two Bedroom Townhome $119 + tax Three Bedroom Townhome $129 + tax Four Bedroom Townhome $149 + tax Light Touch Service Includes: towel exchange, trash removal, light dusting and vacuum of uncluttered surfaces. This cleaning does not include sheet change or toiletry replacement. Cost per service: Two Bedroom Townhome $85 + tax Three Bedroom Townhome $95 + tax Four Bedroom Townhome $105 + tax Towels and Trash Removal Includes: Towel refresh and trash removal. Cost per service: $20.00 + tax Housekeeping services must be scheduled with the front desk at least one day in advance and will be charged to your room.

Is Regal Oaks Resort pet-friendly?

This Kissimmee vacation resort accepts dogs only with some exceptions and restrictions. There a pet fee of $200+ tax, payable at the clubhouse at arrival and you will also need to complete a short form. There is a maximum of 2 dogs per townhouse – the resort does not allow cats, birds, or any other animal, or puppies under 1 year of age - you also must keep your pet crated while you are not in the unit. Pets are not permitted in common areas around the resort such as the pool deck. All pets MUST be on a flea preventative. Encantada Resort permits service animals in the townhomes and all guest areas of the resorts for no additional fee. Please note the ADA does not consider emotional support animals to be service animals. * A service animal is a dog or miniature horse that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks to assist an individual with a disability. Dogs, miniature horses, or other animals that provide only emotional support, comfort, or companionship are not considered service animals. * Emotional Support animals will be charged the pet fee. A service animal must be under the control of its handler. A service animal must have a harness, leash, or other tether, unless the handler is either unable to use the same because of a disability, or the use of the same would interfere with the service animal’s safe and effective performance of work or tasks. In such case, the service animal must otherwise be under the handler’s control, such as through voice commands, signals, or other effective means.* We do ask that service animals that are out of control, pose a threat to health or safety, or are not housebroken be removed from the premises. Damage caused by such instances will be assessed a damage fee.
