There are three (3) potential accesses to the dock for boarding: 1) Ramp access between the City Cruises Ticket Booth and Rio City Cafe - the steepness of the ramp varies by season and water level. 2) Stairs access is located to the right of Rio City Café. 3) Elevator access is located at Delta King, but please note that City Cruises does not operate this elevator and cannot guarantee its operation.
Local parking is available at Tower Bridge Garage at Front St and Capitol Mall. City Cruises does not own or operate any parking lots in the area.
