What should I bring?

Bring a bottle of water, comfortable clothing, your photo ID, sunscreen, and a charged phone or camera for all the picture-taking opportunities.

What should I wear?

Dress for the season, layers in winter, and light clothing for summer. We also suggest comfortable traction tread shoes or tennis shoes, hats or visors, and sunglasses. Contact wearers may prefer to switch to glasses for the tour.

Where do we check in?

You will check in at Red Rock Western Jeep Tours' Tour Center located close to the trails on the West side of Sedona at 2900 W State Route 89A.

Is the tour appropriate for children?

Yes, the minimum age is three years old. Child rates are available for children up to 12 years old. Children under 16 years old must have an adult with them on the tour. Car seats are available with advance notice; please make a note when booking your reservation.

Can I bring my camera?

Yes, there will be plenty of great photo opportunities!

How long is the tour?

The tour duration is approximately 1.5 hours.

Can I bring my own food/beverages?

You are welcome to bring food and drinks; however, no glass containers or alcohol is allowed, and keep in mind that you will be on a bumpy ride.

Are smoking or alcoholic beverages allowed?

Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not permitted.

Will we walk much on our tour?

You will have the opportunity to get out of the jeep to stretch, explore, and take great photos! Most Tours have minimal walking.

How many people can go in one Jeep?

The Jeeps can seat 5 or 6 people plus your guide, depending on the trail you choose and the sizes of the people. With smaller children, you can keep your family of 6 together if that’s your desire.

Will there be other people on the jeep with my family?

No, it will just be your party.

What is the standard tip for our tour guide?

The customary 15% to 20% gratuity is always appreciated if you enjoyed your tour, but it is entirely up to you.
